Patricia A. Bainter, 70

Patricia A. "Tish" Bainter, 70 of West Portsmouth, Ohio died Monday September 19, 2011 at SOMC Hospice. She was born September 6, 1941 in Wolf County, Kentucky to the late Alton and Lola Banks Hammonds. She was a homemaker and of the Freewill Baptist Faith. Along with her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Robert W. "Deke" Bainter, a daughter Pamela Ann Bainter, 3 brothers; James, Gary and Lonnie Hammonds and 3 sisters; Thelma Jo Hammonds, Christa Jenkins and Ruby Wallace.

Patricia is survived by 5 sons; Alton Leroy Jones, and Casy Jenkins both of Blue Creek, Jimmy Daniel Jones, Stacy Jenkins and Joey Jenkins all of West Portsmouth, 1 daughter Tracey Brinker of Blue Creek, 2 brothers; Jerry Hammonds of West Portsmouth and Donald Hammonds of Newtonsville, Ohio, 6 sisters; Jane Stamper of Springfield, Mary Montgomery of Latham, Priscillia Barnett of Jeffersonville, Terri Pack of West Portsmouth, Marie Ernst of Xenia, Barbara Gumz of Villa Hills Kentucky and Brenda Jones of Martinsville, Oh, 11 grandchildren; Daniel Jones, Brandon and Carly Jenkins, Ashley, Andrew and Bailey Jenkins, Presley Jenkins, April, Pam and Daniel Brinker and Kelsey Twaddle along with 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday September 24, 2011 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Mike Simpson and Wiley Perkins officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
