Patricia Sue Holsinger, 70

Patricia Sue Holsinger, 70 of Friendship, died Monday October 24, 2016 at SOMC Hospice. She was born April 5, 1946 in Portsmouth to the late Richard E. and Estel Alberta Setters Bowles. She was a former waitress for many years and loved taking care of her family. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church and attended Nauvoo United Methodist Church in West Portsmouth.

Pat is survived by her husband Kenneth H. Holsinger, whom she married September 1, 1962, 2 sons; Kenneth H. "JR" (Lori) Holsinger Jr. and Richard E. (Kelley) Holsinger all of West Portsmouth, 2 sisters; Barbara Morfitt of Lake Wales Florida and Carmen Rayburn of West Portsmouth, 4 grandchildren; Cassandra Reed (Anthony) Teeters, Kristen Holsinger (Joseph) Bernard, Richard E. Holsinger II, and Trevor L. Holsinger, along with many nieces and nephews who she loved very much.

The family would like to thank the staff at SOMC Hospice for their care and assistance during Pat's illness.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor Pete Shaffer officiating and internment in Friendship Cemetery.
