Paul G. Cooper Jr., 48, of West Portsmouth passed away September 15, 2024 at his home. He was born September 21, 1975 to the late Paul G. Cooper Sr. and Stella (Potts) Cooper.

Paul loved to work and had a passion for building things. He was currently employed at Tires R Us for last 16 years.

Paul is survived by his mother, Stella Cooper of Portsmouth; three sons, Paul Cooper III of Wheelersburg, Ryan Cooper of Minford and Brandon Cooper of Minford; one daughter, Kristen Cooper of West Portsmouth; a brother, James Cooper of Portsmouth; a sister, Angel Riddle and husband John of Portsmouth, and his soul mate for over 23 years, Sallie Arthur her sister Theresa Arthur, his niece, Marie Cooper and his nephews; Michael and James Cooper.
