Pauline Scott, 79

Pauline Brown Scott, 79 of West Portsmouth died Friday March 3, 2017 at her home. She was born March 17, 1937 in Adams County to the late Edgar and Dollie Brown. Along with her parents Pauline was preceded in death by her husband Harold Russell Scott, her companion of 30 years, Larry Joe Floyd, a daughter Judy Mae Marshall,  2 brothers; Everett Brown and Edgar Brown Jr. and 3 sisters; Violet Scott, Phyllis Brown, and Maxine Neal.

Pauline is survived by 4 sons; Harold Pete Scott, John Ray Scott, Edward Lee Scott and Roger Dale Scott, 4 daughters; Elizabeth Thompson, Sadie Burroughs, Wanda Artressia and Violet Kim Allred, 3 brothers; William Lee Brown, Charles Brown and Leroy Brown, 4 sisters; Myrtle Leatherwood, Mary Alice Rhoden, Rosetta Hobbs and Susie "Martha" Bishop, a special friend Richard Kelley, a grandson she raised James "JJ" Phillips, along with several other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Monday March 6, 2017 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Calvin Ray Evans and Brian Baer officiating and interment in Sunset Gardens.
