Pauline Ruth Whaley, 91

Pauline Ruth Whaley, 91 of West Portsmouth, died Thursday October 12, 2017 at her home. She was born May 31, 1926 in Tollesboro, Kentucky to the late Harvey and Goldie Airtripp Thoroughman. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace Chapel Church. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Edward "Bud" Whaley who she married on January 31, 1947, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Pauline is survived by 6 children; Linda (Charles) Hayes of Wakefield, Donna (Larry) Jenkins of Waverly, James Edward Whaley of Waverly, Jerry Wayne Whaley of West Portsmouth, Tammy (John) Cook of Winchester and Terry Lee Whaley of West Portsmouth, 2 sisters; Ella Mae Hawk of Vanceburg, KY. and Pearl Priest of FL., 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday October 16, 2017 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Willis Howard and Chaz Horsley officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
