Phyllis Long Mains, 83

Phyllis Long Mains, 83 of West Portsmouth, died Sunday, February 11, 2024 at SOMC Hospice. She was born August 20, 1940 in Portsmouth, to the late Paul E. and Margaret Fleming Long, Sr.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Major Paul Edward Long Jr..

Phyllis retired from Washington-Nile School District after 37 years of service.

Phyllis is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Randy and Lori Mains of Kitts Hill.
