Ralph Carl Colvin, 60 of Otway died Tuesday July 4, 2017 at SOMC Hospice. He was born July 20, 1956 in Adams County to the late Harold and Mabel Cooper Colvin. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by 4 sisters; Linda Faye Colvin, Geneva Chamblin, Mary Ann Walker, and Barb Bradford.

Ralph is survived by his 2 daughters; Shelly Bentley, and Melissa Colvin, 3 brothers; Vernon, Lester, and Charles Colvin, 2 sisters; Betty Ward, and Audrey Case, 3 grandchildren; Kayden, Makenna and Joshua Bentley, a special uncle Burton Colvin, and the mother of his children Sandra Richards.

Funeral services will be 1:00PM Friday July 7, 2017 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Greg Cooper officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday starting at 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home.
