Randall B. O'Dell, 61

Randall B. O'Dell, 61 of West Portsmouth, died Friday, June 5, 2026. He was born February 12, 1965 in Portsmouth to the late Edward Lee O'Dell and Theresa Osborne O'Dell who survives.

Along with his father he was preceded in death by a brother Ryan Edward O'Dell.

Randall was a 1983 graduate of Portsmouth West High School and worked as a service Tech for Jett Fire Equipment. He grew up in Friendship United Methodist Church, he was a Boy Scout and was active in 4H. Randall loved to travel, if he wasn't working he was traveling. He loved going on Cruises and being outdoors. He also was an antique collector, if it was a collectible, he collected it.

The last 9 months Randall fought a hard fight with Brain Cancer. He never gave up.

Randall is survived by his mother Theresa, a sister Brenda O'Dell-Joiner, 2 nieces; Stephanie Joiner and Kaitlyn Joiner, great nephews; Corey, Brentley, Hunter and Rockford, along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Friendship Cemetery with Pastor Tom Williams officiating. Friends may call from 11 to 1:00 PM on Wednesday at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
