Randall Ellis Skaggs, 83
Randall Ellis Skaggs, 83 of West Portsmouth died Saturday November 25, 2017 at Heartland of Portsmouth. He was born September 15, 1934 in Portsmouth to the late Issac Harrison and Vera Ellen Alley Skaggs. He was a retired self employed contractor.
Randall is survived by 2 sisters; Ethel Skaggs of West Portsmouth, Edith Cole of Dayton, and several nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
