Rebecca A. Mayberry, 65

Rebecca A. "Becky" Mayberry, 65 of West Portsmouth, died Sunday March 12, 2023 at SOMC Hospice. She was born August 31, 1957 in Portsmouth to the late Robert and Gertrude Journey Thompson.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Patrick "Pat" Mayberry, whom she married on September 7, 1973, and a sister-in-law Pamela Gravely.

Becky is survived by 3 children: Christopher (Cindy) Mayberry, Jason (Brandi) Mayberry and Lisa (Chris) Browning, 4 brothers: Robert, Todd (Dauphane) and Randy Thompson and Joey (Kimberly) Tolliver, 2 sisters: Cathy and Christy, 9 grandchildren: Lindsey Johnson, Hannah (Brady) Knittel, Mason Johnson, Cody (Emily) Mayberry, Abby (Tabitha) Mayberry, Luke Mayberry, Boston Mayberry, McKenna Mayberry and Sophia Crabtree, a great grandson Silas Mayberry, brother-in-law, George Gravely, sister-in-law, Jennifer (Mike) Geyer, brother-in-law, Paul Mayberry and special friend Linda Guthrie
