Rebecca Kay Carver, 54

Rebecca Kay Carver, 54, of West Portsmouth, passed away Friday, July 11, 2014 at her residence. Born September 19, 1959 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Don Elliott and Barbara Jean Bolton Kelley, she was a homemaker. She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Lynn Carver; three brothers, Donnie Elliott, Ronnie Elliott and Mike Elliott, and two grandchildren. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one sister, Melinda Marlene Darby and one brother, David Lee Elliott. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with David Blevins officiating.
