Regina Osborne, 85 Regina Byrl Browning Osborne, 85 of West Melbourne, Florida, formerly of Portsmouth, died SaturdayApril 19, 2014 in Palmbay Florida. She was born August 23, 1928 to the late James and Helen Beaumont Browning. She was a lab technician and owned her own ceramic business. Regina is survived by her husband George Osborne, 2 brothers; James Lee Browning of Indianapolis, Indiana and Frank Browning of McDermott, 2 half sisters; Jewell Mentzer, and Minoka Jean both of California. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday April 27, 2014 at the Roger W Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Ken Warfield officiating and interment in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
