Richard Tilden Hall, 72
Richard Tilden Hall, 72 of Quincy, Ky., died Monday August 27, 2012 at his home. He was born April 20, 1940 in Letcher County, Kentucky to the late Tildon and Lona Hall. He was an Air Force veteran and former owner and operator of a grocery store. Along with his parents Richard was preceded in death by 1 brother William "Mickey" Hall and 5 sisters; Gladys Breeding, Lida Gibson, Beatrice (Mazzie) Leadingham, Helen Fleming and Jean Daniels.
Richard is survived by his wife Valerie Adkins Hall who he married on August 4, 1962, a son Rick Hall of Buford, S.C. and a daughter Ramona "Gail" Hall of Wheelersburg, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday August 31, 2012 at People's Tabernacle in West Portsmouth with Ben Musick officiating and interment in Siloam Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Friday starting at 12:00 Noon. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth.
