Obituary
Rick Stevens, 49 of Portsmouth, passed away October 5, 2004 at his residence.
He was born December 11, 1954 in Portsmouth to the late Stanley and Dorothy Stevens.
Rick is survived by one daughter, Tawana Scott of Piketon; seven brothers, Charles, Larry, John, Perry, Gregg, Mark, and Randy Stevens; three sisters, Mary Pierce, Tracy Stevens, and Charlotta Anderson; two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son Rick Anthony Scott, one brother Steve Stevens and one sister Marsha Jo Bellomy.
Graveside services will be held 11 A.M. Wednesday, October 13, 2004 at Mound Cemetery in Piketon with Reverend Evan Fisher officiating. The family will be present to meet friends from 10 to 11 A.M. at Mound Cemetery. Arrangements by the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth.
