Rick Wittenmyer, 70

Rick Wittenmyer, 70 of West Portsmouth, died Sunday, November 19, 2023 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born September 1, 1953 in Portsmouth, to the late George Franklin and Lucille Whitman Wittenmyer.

Along with his parents Rick was preceded in death by his wife Kimberly Sue Coleman Wittenmyer whom he married on April 14, 1973, 2 brothers; Dr George Franklin Wittenmyer Jr. and Charles Wittenmyer along with 2 sisters: Joyce Purdy and Linda Gayle Thompson.

Rick worked for Pepsi for 30 years. He was a member of the Eagle, Elks, and was a member of Elks Country Club.

Rick is survived by a son Joshua (Becky) Wittenmyer, 2 granddaughters: Erica and Allie Wittenmyer and a sister Lisa Brown, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, November 26, 2023 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Interment will be in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday starting at 11:00 AM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
