Robbin Annette Turner,  57 of Winchester, Ohio formerly of West Portsmouth, died Wednesday January 29, 2014 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born December 20, 1956 in Portsmouth to the late Hughie and Nancy Thomas Cogan. She was a former cook at Edgewood Manor. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Misty Lynn Cochran.

Robbin is survived by her husband Charles Russell Turner, a brother Joseph Cogan and 2 sisters; Roberta Brust and Mary Blakeman.

Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Saturday February 1, 2014 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Bob Davis officiating.
