Robert Woodrow "Bobby" Gilley, 39

Robert Woodrow "Bobby" Gilley, 39 of Stout died Sunday May 25, 2014 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born October 13, 1974 in Portsmouth to the late Robert Gaylord Gilley and Cheryl Easter Gilley of Stout. Along with his father he was preceded in death by his grandparents Woodrow and Verna Gilley. Bobby was a Probation Officer/Bailiff for the Portsmouth Municipal Court. He was an avid bass fisherman and loved to hunt. He also attended Friendship United Methodist Church. Along with his mother, Bobby is survived by his wife Andrea Dawn Hall Gilley who he married on November 9, 1996, a son Cole Gilley and a daughter Maddie Gilley both at home, a sister Becky (David) Melick of Centerburg, mother and father in law Hila and Phillip Hall of West Portsmouth, grandparents; Leroy and Nora Easter, in law grandparents; William and Alice Hall, niece and nephew Courtney and Dylan Melick, aunts and uncles; Rick (Kathy) Easter, Dale (Carol) Easter, Sharon (Ron) Lewis, Lana (Dan) Mercer, Susie Bailey, Cathy Jo (Andy) Mckenzie and Greg (Ann) Gilley, along with special friends; Tim Frye, Darren McNeil and Bill Evans. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday May 30, 2014 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Reverend Gary Hopkins officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday.
