Robert Allen Holsinger Jr., 49 of West Portsmouth, died Monday, April 14, 2025 at SOMC Hospice. He was born March 8, 1976 in Portsmouth to the late Robert Allen Holsinger Sr and Brenda (Roger) Caudill Winters who survives.

Along with his father he was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Edward Holsinger.

Along with his mother and stepfather, Brenda and Roger Winters, Robert is survived by his companion of 29 years, Amanda Miller, a son Brian Holsinger, 2 daughters; Kristen Holsinger and Daisy (Christopher) Buckley, a granddaughter, Raelynn Cantrell, niece, Kaitlyn Carter and a nephew Austin Holsinger along with several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Ronnie Holsinger Jr. officiating. Interment will be in McKendree Cemetery in Stout. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday starting at 12:00 PM Noon. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
