Robert Francis Roe 55
Robert Francis Roe 55 of Wheelersburg, died Sunday, July 25, 2010 at his home. Robert was born April 7, 1955 in Greenup, KY to the late Robert Nelson and Lena Francis Bryant Roe. He was a member of the Unity Full Gospel Fellowship Church and had worked for CSX Railroad. Robert was preceded in death by 3 brothers; Alfred, Carl and Larry Roe.
Robert is survived by his wife; Peggy Law Roe, whom he married, October 14, 1981 in Portsmouth, two children; Jaime (Aaron) Egerton of Irwin, Oh and Robert Glenn Roe of Wheelersburg, 8 sisters; Eloise (John David) Holbrook of Wheelersburg, Agnes(Jack)Howard of Portsmouth, Eunice(Paul) Leslie of Pontiac, MI, June Blair of Columbus, Geneva (Mike) Shy of Portsmouth, Clara (Dave) Leslie and Norma (Coleman "Duke") Copas both of Wheelersburg and Teresa (Ralph) Horsley of Blue Creek and 5 grandchildren; Elaina, Chase and Nathan Egerton and Xavier and Zander Roe.
Funeral services will be 1pm, Thursday, July 29, 2010 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth and interment in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8PM on Wednesday and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
