Robert H. Wolfe, 80

Robert H. Wolfe, 80 of Lake Placid, Florida, passed away Friday July 3, 2015 at Somers Hospice House in Sebring, FL., surrounded by his loving family. He was born January 14, 1935 in Portsmouth, OH to Henry and Naomi (Alexander) Wolfe. Mr. Wolfe was the owner of a professional cleaning service in Portsmouth and came to Lake Placid in 1996. He attended Lake Placid Seventh-Day Adventist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Amanda Louise Wolfe.

He is survived by his faithful K-9 companion "Knight", daughters; Debra Wolfe and Robin Ryder (Larry) both of Lake Placid, sons; Robert H. Wolfe Jr. (Anissa) of Avon Park, FL., James Wolfe and Jason Wolfe (Lori) both of Sebring, FL., grandchildren; Anthony, Alex, Skyler, Kennedy and Garrett. He is also survived by his brothers; Charles Wolfe of Portsmouth, Fred Cunningham of Warren, OH. and sisters; Dorothy Hill (Bob) of Ripley, WV., Donna Jean Doss of Warren, OH. and Phyllis Hornikel (Martin) of McDonald, OH.

The family will receive friends at Dowden Funeral Home Chapel in Sebring, FL. on Tuesday July 7, 2015 from 5 to 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday July 11, 2015 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Rev. Don Malone officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home starting at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in Scioto Burial Park in Rushtown, OH.
