Roger Phipps, 72

Roger Phipps, 72 of Lucasville, died Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Rosemount Pavillion. He was born February 9, 1953 to the late William and Elizabeth Sparks Phipps.

Roger was a United States Army veteran and a jack of all trades.

Roger is survived by his wife of 38 years Terry Williams Phipps, whom he married on July 28, 1987, 3 step children; Chris Rhoden, Matt Rhoden and Crystal Rhoden, a brother Roy Phipps, a sister Bonnie Phipps along with 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
