Rosalie M. Ingles
Rosalie M. Lawson Ingles 73 of West Portsmouth died Thursday, November 22, 2007 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Rosalie was born July 19, 1934 in Scioto County to the late Rev. Cecil and Ermie Evans Lawson. Rosalie had worked for Williams Shoe Factory and drove the church bus for both North Moreland Baptist and 7th Street Christian Baptist Church. Rosalie was preceded in death by her Husband, Vernon Ray "Sonny" Ingles; two brother's Richard and Troy Lawson and one sister, Catherine Callendar.
Rosalie is survived by two sons; Vernon Troy "Virginia" Ingles of Portsmouth, John Ingles "Angie" of West Portsmouth; one daughter, Nancy Ingles of West Portsmouth, one sister; Ellen Lawson of New Boston, four grandchildren and two nieces.
Funeral services will be 1pm Monday, November 26, 2007 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth, with Rev. Mark Baer and George Vastine officiating and internment in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8pm on Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday.
