Roseann Welch 63
Roseann Welch 63 of West Portsmouth, died Friday, April 9, 2010 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Roseann was born October 13, 1946 in Portsmouth to the late Russell and Pauline Wiley Monroe. She was a homemaker. Roseann was preceded in death by one step son; John Welch.
Roseann is survived by her husband; Johnnie Welch whom she married, November 9, 1975 in Lucasville, one step daughter; Brenda Copley of Norristown, PA, two sons; David and John Madden of Portsmouth, three step sons; Mark Welch of Thornville, Oh, Timothy and Walter Welch both of West Portsmouth, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a brother-in-law James Welch of Coles Park.
Funeral services will 1pm, Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at the Roger W Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Paul Mangus officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8PM on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
