Rosetta Ruth Welch, 83

Rosetta Ruth Welch, 83 of West Portsmouth died Monday, May 11, 2020 at her home. She was born April 14, 1937 in West Portsmouth to the late Joseph and Pearlia Ann Mershon McNeil. She retired after 30 years at Rendezvous Nursing home as the head cook.

Along with her parents, Rosetta was preceded in death by a son, Johnny Richard Welch.

Rosetta is survived by 3 Sons; Mark Welch, Timothy Welch and Walter Welch, a daughter, Brenda Copley, a brother, James McNeil, a sister, Mary Martin, 10 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
