Ruby J. Blevins, 86
Ruby J. Blevins, 86 of St Rt 125 in West Portsmouth died Saturday October 27, 2012 at her home. She was born April 15, 1926 in West Union to the late Alva and Ellen Gifford Williams. Along with her parents Ruby was preceded in death by her husband Clarence Blevins, 3 brothers; Robert, James and Donald Williams and 2 sisters Bernice and Opal Williams.
Ruby is survived by 2 daughters; Shirley Darlene (George) Piatt of West Portsmouth and Kathy (Rick) Easter of Stout, 2 granddaughters; Tammy Moore and Teckla Pollard both of West Portsmouth, 2 great granddaughters; Rikki Pollard and Haleigh Pollard, 2 sisters; Edrie (Victor) Price of Mansfield and Marcella (Oscar) McGraw of Lucasville and a special friend Missy Colvin.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday October 30, 2012 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Brian Baer officiating and interment in Sunshine Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
