Ruth Evelyn Barber McNeil, 86
Ruth Evelyn Barber McNeil 86, of West Portsmouth, died Friday December 31, 2021 at SOMC Hospice. She was born July 17, 1935 in Franklin Furnace to the late Charles and Dora Barnhart Barber.
She is survived by her 3 children, Douglas (Peg) McNeil of West Portsmouth, Darren (Stacey) McNeil of West Portsmouth, and Kathy (Jerry) Lewis of McDermott, a brother Jim (Debra) Barber of West Portsmouth, 2 sisters, Barbara (Richard) Phillips of McDermott, and Sue Cooper of West Portsmouth, 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Scioto Burial Park with Rick Phillips officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
