Sabrina B. Bernthold, 92
Sabrina B. Bernthold, 92, of West Portsmouth, died Tuesday May 24, 2011 at Heartland of Portsmouth. She was born January 28, 1919 in West Portsmouth to the late Ralph and Otley Crowder Rapp Sr. She was a retired Registered Nurse from Mercy Hospital and was a member of Old Town United Methodist Church. Along with her parents Sabrina was preceded in death by her husband Orville R. Bernthold.
Sabrina is survived by a brother Ralph (Betty) Rapp Jr. of McDermott, 4 sisters; Avanelle Sayre and Emma (Merrill) Rickman both of West Portsmouth, Nancy (Frank) Shepherd of McDermott and Carolyn Rutledge of Piketon along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday May 26, 2011 at Old Town United Methodist Church with Reverend Matthew Brookes officiating and interment in Lucasville Cemetery. Friends may call at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth from 5 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.
