Sandra Leona Blevins, 44 of Lucasville died Sunday, August 20, 2006 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Sandra was born October 29, 1961 in Portsmouth to the late Russell Blevins and to Marcella Faye Ruggles Blevins.

Sandra is survived by two sons, Daniel Furnier of Portsmouth and Harry Howard of Otway; one stepson, Carl Howard; three daughters, Misty Dawn Howard of Beaver, Sandrina Delay of Lucasville, Amanda Delay of Lucasville; two stepdaughters, Tawnya Howard and Wendy Howard; eight brothers, Edward Scott of Vanceburg, Ky; Russell Scott of Lucasville, Morton Gale Scott of Lucasville, James Blevins of Columbus, John Blevins of South Carolina, Tony Blevins of Lucasville, Chuck Blevins of Lucasville, Raymond Blevins of Lucasville; one sister Clarisa Billman of Lucasville; 8 grandchildren, Raymond Tackett, Monica Delay, Michael Delay, Nikia Howard, Casandra Howard, Harry Howard, Andrew Howard and Erica Howard; 6 step grandchildren, Shawn Howard, Devin Fitzpatrick, Jamie Howard, Amy Howard, Naomi Howard, and Carl Howard, Jr. She was preceded in death by a brother Roger Scott.

Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Friday, August 25, 2006 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Edward Scott officiating and interment in Lucasville Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11 to 1 on Friday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
