Sandra Sue Aldridge Moore, 75

Sandra (Bunny) Sue Aldridge Moore, 75, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Southern Ohio Medical Center ICU in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born January 18, 1948 in Portsmouth to the late Phyllis Geraldine Clifford Aldridge and Willard Richard Aldridge.

She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence Ray Moore, mother-in-law Irene Collett, brothers Richard (Whitey) Aldridge and Charlie Aldridge, a sister Patty Schuyler, brothers-in-law Lester Moore, Chuck Collett, Jimmy Collett, and Pete Schuyler, and a nephew Adam Payton.

Sandra graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1966. She married Clarence Ray Moore on October 9, 1973. She worked for Williams Shoes and was a caregiver for the next 20+ years. Sandra truly loved life and her two children and five grandchildren. She loved search word puzzles, old westerns, and mystery and crime TV shows. She always put others before herself.

She is survived by a son Thomas Ray Moore; a daughter Crystal Ranna Moore Bazler (Kane); five grandchildren, Thomas "TJ" Moore, Ryan Moore, Hannah (Ethan) Bazler Palla, Megan Bazler, and Cassidy Bazler; a brother Larry Aldridge; two sisters Barb Crisp and Jennie (Daniel) Hale; sister in laws Teena (Dale) Payton, Shirley Collett, and Delores Moore, several nieces and nephews, along with several great nieces and nephews. She was so loved by everyone she met. She loved life and her family and friends. She will be so very missed.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, April 7, 2023 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Interment will be in Scioto Burial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home starting at 11:00 AM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
