Scott Kendall McGinnis, 41
Scott Kendall McGinnis, 41 of Stout, passed away Thursday December 3, 2009 at his home. He was born November 19, 1968 in Columbus to the late Coy R. McGinnis and Gloria Jean Hersey McGinnis of Stout. He attended the Ohio State School for the Blind, he attended Star Workshop and was a member of the Vern Riffe Choir for several years. He was also a member of 8th Street Wesleyan Chapel Church.
Along with his mother Scott is survived by 4 brothers; Ray (Nancy) McGinnis of Stout, Brent (Karen) McGinnis of Portsmouth, Craig (Nicole) McGinnis of Westerville and Mike (Polly) Wirick of Portsmouth, several nieces and nephews, Caregiver Arlana Skaggs with Interim Health Care, Jackie White of SOMC Hospice and Dr. Suzann Bonzo and her staff for their wonderful care. Scott will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday December 5, 2009 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Mark Bales officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery.
