Scott William Pickard, 58

Scott William Pickard, 58 of West Portsmouth, passed away peacefully, Saturday, October 21, 2023 at his home. He was born May 18, 1965 in Portsmouth to the late Ralph and Shirley Harrell Pickard.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Irene Pickard and a brother, David Pickard.

Scott is survived by the love of his life, Roni Frazee Pickard, whom he married on March 26, 1993, a daughter, Casandra Pickard and a son Derek Pickard. Scott is also survived by 5 sisters: Pat (Dave) Osborn of Savannah, Ga., Carol (Charles) Glaser of South Carolina, Kay (Tom) White of Waverly, Susan (Tim) Bowles of Lucasville and Arla (Clayton) Miller of Otway along with  2 brothers: Ross (Connie) Pickard of Florida and Steve Pickard of Lucasville.
