Shirley Ann Moore, 75

Shirley Ann Moore, 75 of Stout, died Wednesday October 20, 2021 at her home. She was born September 7, 1946 in Portsmouth to the late James and Minnie Runyan Claypool. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by 3 brothers; James E. Claypool Jr., Kenneth Eugene Claypool and Charles Edward Claypool.

Shirley is survived by 6 sons; David (Simone) Swords, Buddy (Linda) Swords, Phillip (Michelle) Swords, Todd (Stephanie) Swords Roger (Mandi) Moore and Tommy Adams, 4 daughters; Tina Tyree, Jeannette (Mark) Ferguson, Jamie Hayslip and Felicia (Anthony) Boyd, a brother Danny Claypool and a sister Barbara Aultman, 35 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren, and a special thanks to her granddaughter Tiffany Koons for her special care over the years.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday October 22, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Interment will be in Worley's Run Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday starting at 11:00 AM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
