Shirley Ann Conley, 77

Shirley Ann Conley, 77 of West Portsmouth, died Saturday January 14, 2017 at her home. She was born May 27, 1939 in Portsmouth to the late Ellis and Ollie Allen Hall. She was a retired licensed insurance agent and claims adjuster and was a member of Community of Christ Church in West Portsmouth. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Conley and 3 brothers; Ralph Hall, Gene Hall and Kenneth Hall.

Shirley is survived by a son Roger (Lana) Conley, 3 daughters; Kathy (Jeff) Shupert, Lois (Bob) Manchester and Robin Coleman all of West Portsmouth, a brother Gary Hall, 2 sisters; Nancy Evans of Wheelersburg and Juanita Scott of Columbus, 10 grandchildren; Kacie Callihan, Kelsie Callihan, Bob Manchester Jr., Stacey Reed, Brison Shupert, Blake Shupert, Tesa Crabtree, Trevor Conley, Taylor Conley and Grace Conley, 4 great grandchildren; Kensley Reed, Korbin Crabtree, Oaklynn Crabtree and baby boy Shupert on the way.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Elder Vick Bloomfield officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery.
