Steven R. Hall, 65
Steven R. Hall, 65 of Portsmouth died Saturday, February 22, 2020 at SOMC Hospice. He was born November 12, 1954 in Portsmouth to the late Kessie and Frances Marie Salyers Hall. He was a United States Army Veteran.
Steven is survived by his best friend of 19 years, Brenda Hutchinson, 2 brothers; Bradly J. Hall and Michael Dean Hall, his ex-wife, Melinda Hill, along with several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Scioto Burial Park. Friends may gather at the cemetery on Thursday starting at 12:30 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
