Tammie Maria Gray Hayslip, 63

Tammie Maria Gray Hayslip, 63 of Portsmouth, died Tuesday April 5, 2022 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born April 28, 1959 in Portsmouth to the late David S. Gray (Helen) and LaVere Monoskie Galloway and stepfather James Galloway who survives.

Along with her father, stepmother and mother, Tammie is preceded in death by her husband William "Bill" Hayslip, stepbrother Ed Crisp and stepsister Patty Darnell.

Along with her stepfather James, Tammie is survived by 2 daughters; Anna (Shannon) Holsinger and Alisa Hayslip, a brother David (Mary) Gray, 3 sisters: Hettie "Sis" (Roy) Brown, Dora (Tom) Campbell and Polly (Ronnie) Richmond, 3 grandchildren: Austin Hayslip, Christopher Carroll and Leanna Holsinger, 3 step brothers: Ralph (Kellie) Galloway, Ronnie Galloway and Tim (Kristi) Crisp, a step sister Millie (Ray) Mills, her companion Joe Kemp, uncles: Jack Gray, Forrest (Rose) Monoskie and Lloyd Monoskie along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday April 8, 2022 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Ronnie Richmond officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery.
