Tammy Lynne Culver, 54
Tammy Lynne Culver, 54 of Portsmouth died Monday January 13, 2014 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born December 15, 1959 in Portsmouth to the late Billy Gene and Judy Ann Carpenter Walls.
Tammy is survived by her husband Anthony Lee Culver Sr., a son Anthony Culver Jr., 3 daughters; Pam Anderson, Beth Miller and Jessica Culver, along with 11 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 6:30 PM on Thursday January 23, 2014 at Lakeside Community Church in New Boston with Gerald Penix officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
