Thomas J May 86, of Portsmouth, died Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at Hempstead Manor. Thomas was born June 24, 1922 in Pikeville, KY to the late Wid and Lenora May. He had attended the Heaven Bound Tabernacle Church in Portsmouth.
Thomas was proceeded in death by his wife; Mary May, one son; Chuck Schwartz, three brothers; Ersel, Fonzo and Samuel May, two sisters; Pauline Moore and Dorothy May.
Thomas is survived by four sons; David, Matthew, William and Jeffrey May, five daughters; Debbie, Erma, Dora, Carol and Audry May, three brothers; Mayo, Charles and Willis Mayo, two sisters; Sadie and Dolly May and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2PM Saturday, March 28, 2009 at Scioto Burial Park. Friends may gather at Scioto Burial Park from 1 until the funeral hour on Saturday. Arrangements are under the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
