Thomas Edward Spurlock, 79

Thomas Edward Spurlock, 79 of West Portsmouth died Wednesday May 15, 2013 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born April 13, 1934 in Lucasville to the late Earle and Mary Denning Spurlock. He retired from Pepsi in 1996.

Tom is survived by his wife Delores Keyser Spurlock whom he married on December 6, 1952 in West Portsmouth, 2 daughters; Jane (Brad) Nichols and Janice Veach all of West Portsmouth, 3 grandchildren; Melissa Veach, Brad Nichols Jr. and James Veach Jr., 4 great grandchildren; Hayley Sparks, R.J. Sparks, Shaelee Nichols and Gavin Veach. He is also survived by a brother Richard (Patty) Spurlock of Salado, TX a sister Carolyn (Kenneth) Shupert of West Portsmouth along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Monday, May 20, 2013 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor Pete Shaffer officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
