Tommie R. Wise, 73

Tommie R. Wise, 73, of West Portsmouth, died September 14, 2021 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born November 15, 1947, to the late George and June Hodge Wise.

Along with his parents he proceeded in death by; 2 brothers, John Wise and George Wise Jr.; 2 sisters, Helen Sparks, Bonnie Wise and Alma Wise.

Tommie was survived by his wife, Rose Mary Wise, who on September 19, 2021 followed him to their new heavenly home. Tommie is survived by 6 children, Dustin (Kayla) Wise, Kristi Wise, Tricia Wilson, Terri Bell, Jessica Hicks, and Tommie Bell; 12 grandchildren, Brad Stapleton, Emily Schipmann, Justin Schipmann, Tommie Wise Jr., Paige Thacker, John Boggs, Devon Hicks, Ethan Wise, Emmerie Wise, Gevin Wise, Abby Wise, and Kayden Crisp; a brother, Donnie Wise; 9 sisters, Betty Cattee, Wendy Adkins, Sandra Green, Susan Perkins, Carolyn Moore, Mary Smith, Debbie Gravely, Patricia Morgan, and Ruby Morgan, several great grandchildren and neices and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth and interment to follow in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home starting at 11:00 AM, Saturday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
