Tracy Ann Kammer, 38

Tracy Ann Kammer, 38 of West Portsmouth, died Friday October 10, 2014 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born February 12, 1976 in Portsmouth to Teresa Ann (Craig) Nolder Stidham of Lucasville and Edward Paul Kammer of Portsmouth. She was currently attending Paramount Beauty Academy. Tracy was preceded in death by a grandmother, Ida Webb and an uncle Steven Nolder and grandparents Paul and Iris Kammer, .

Along with her parents Tracy is survived by 3 children; Austin Kammer, Bryson Ratcliff and Kylee Ratcliff all at home, her loving boyfriend Ben Conley, 3 sisters; Tiffany Stidham, Kellie Stidham and Lyndsey Keeton all of Portsmouth, grandmothers; Patricia Nolder of Portsmouth and Rosella Stidham of Lucasville, the father of her children Robert Ratcliff and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday October 16, 2014 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Elder Vick Bloomfield officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
