Vincent Samuel Dean Ruggles

Vincent Samuel Dean Ruggles, one month old son of Timothy and Courtney Ruggles, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023. He was born December 4, 2022 in Portsmouth.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Andrew Shepherd, Harold and Ardell Scaff, Mildren and James Stapleton and a cousin Nathan Stapleton.

Along with his parents, Vincent is survived by a sister, Laila Ruggles, a brother, Aiden Ruggles, grandparents: Mike and Tonya Ruggles, Angela Ruggles, Sherry Scaff and Robert Sperry, great grandmaw Barbara Shepherd along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Saturday January 14, 2023 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Mike Bentley officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday starting at 2:00 PM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
