Virgil Horsley, 61
Virgil Horsley, 61 of Portsmouth died Monday January 4, 2016 at SOMC Hospice. He was born December 24, 1954 in Scioto County to the late Clifford and Mary Horsley. He was an electrician. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by 4 siblings; Paul, Fay, Cletus and Darlene.
Virgil is survived by his wife Karen Horsley, 3 sons; Jess Shortridge, Ed Shortridge, and James Hoskins, 2 daughters; Misty Grommesh and Tracy Williams, 5 brothers; Keath, Danny, Clayton, Terry, and Shannon, 4 sisters; Diana, Fern, Jean and Garnet, along with 11 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 1p.m. Friday January 8, 2016 at Vernon Cemetery with Pastor Brian Holbrook officiating. Friends may meet at the cemetery starting at noon. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
