Virginia Carver, 64
Virginia Carver 64 of Portsmouth died Friday May 8, 2009 at Golden Years Convalescent Center. She was born November 28, 1944 in Baltimore, MD to the late George and Virginia Elway Holter. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic Faith.
Virginia is survived by her husband Paul Carver who she married on July 9, 1961 in Baltimore, MD, a daughter Annette (Tom) Hoggard of McDermott, Paul (Sandra) Carver Jr. of Connecticut and Rick Joseph Carver of Portsmouth, 5 grandchildren; Alexandra and TJ Hoggard of McDermott, Gabrielle and Dylan Carver of Connecticut and Kyle Carver of Portsmouth, 1 brother Tom Holter and 2 sisters Janice Eckels and Linda Quinn all of Baltimore, MD.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday May 13, 2009 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth and interment in Big Run Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
