Wanda Lee Windsor, 84

Wanda Lee (Hodge) Windsor, 84 of West Portsmouth, died Monday December 20, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born January 5, 1937 in Scioto County to the late Reverend Albert R and Alice H. Nease Hodge.

Along with her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Windsor whom she married on October 21, 1953 and 7 brothers; David, Willis, James, Howard, William, Richard and Clarence Hodge.

Wanda is survived by 2 sons; John Ray Windsor and William Edward Windsor Jr., a daughter, Janet Ruth Ruggles, son in law, Garry Ruggles, daughter in law, Geneva Windsor, a brother Allen Hodge, 4 sisters; Barbara Speers, Wilma Wise, Alice Windsor and Kathy Boltenhouse, 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00 Pm Wednesday December 29, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Robert Davis, Robert Alexander and Duncan Conquergood officiating with interment in Friendship Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday and one hour prior to the funeral on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to SOMC Hospice.
