Wanda E. Rice, 92
Wanda E. Rice, 92 of Portsmouth, died Tuesday March 19, 2013 at Heartland of Portsmouth. She was born September 4, 1920 in Scioto County to the late Andrew Poston and Varey Crabtree.
Wanda is survived by a son Vancil Lee Rice and a daughter Wanda Lou Rice both of Portsmouth.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
