William J. "Bill" Fitchpatrick, 69
William J. "Bill" Fitchpatrick, 69 of Jacksonville, Florida formerly of West Portsmouth, died Monday January 17, 2022. He was born February 28, 1952 in Portsmouth to the late Eli and Sadie Fitchpatrick.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by a grandson Nick Fitchpatrick, and a brother Larry Chapman.
Bill is survived by his loving wife Brenda "Silvia" Fitchpatrick whom he married March 10, 1969. A son Troy Fitchpatrick of Cleveland, 2 daughters, Tracy Sweat and Kelly Fitchpatrick both of Jacksonville, 2 sisters, Jackie Fitchpatrick of West Portsmouth, and Vicki Vansickle of South Shore, 10 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and family and friends that loved him. Per Bills request there will not be any services.
