William Martin Crain, 41

William "Billy" Martin Crain, 41 of Otway, died Thursday September 12, 2013 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in West Virginia. He was born April 11, 1972 in Portsmouth to the late Harold Crain and Yvonne Pollett Hammond.

Along with his mother, Billy is survived by his wife Karen Elaine Blevins Crain, 2 stepdaughters; Kerry Sparks and Tracy Bobst, a brother Rickey Crain, 2 sisters; Vickie Lacey and Tammy McDaniels along with 5 grandchildren; Chloe, Dylan, Elan, Eli and Olivia.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday September 17, 2013 at Rarden Nazarene Church with Jason Koch officiating and interment in UP Cemetery. Friends may cell at the church on Tuesday starting at Noon. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth.
