William Ray Hayslip, 52
William Ray Hayslip, 52 of Stout Ohio died Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. William was born August 13, 1954 in Portsmouth to the late William Robert Hayslip and to Anna Moore Hayslip who survives. He was a farmer and a member of Pond Run Baptist Church.
William is survived by his wife of 29 years Tammie Maria Gray Hayslip; a son Jeffrey Dean Hayslip; three daughters, Angela K. Hayslip, Alisa Marie Carroll, and Annie LaVere Hayslip; four brothers, Wayne and Jeannie Hayslip of Stout, Ronnie Hayslip of Blue Creek, Mike and Cindy Hayslip of Otway, Freddie and Joyce Hayslip of Stout, and a sister Wilma and Leroy Humble of Portsmouth; six grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. In addition to his Father he was preceded in death by a sister Barbara Taylor.
Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Friday at Pond Run Church with James McCulloch officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth on Thursday from 6 to 8 P.M. and at the church one hour before the service on Friday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
