Wilma Dean Monroe, 86

Wilma Dean Monroe, 86 of Cincinnati, formerly of West Portsmouth, died Friday March 12, 2021 at her home. She was born September 8, 1934 in West Virginia to the late James and Clara Campbell Quinn. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Richard Willis Monroe, 3 brothers: Sherman Quinn, Jimmy Quinn, and Arthur Quinn, and sisters Tryphina Igo, and Phyllis Moore.

Wilma was a homemaker and a member of the Pond Run Baptist Church.

She is survived by 5 sons: Richard Allen (Sherry) Monroe, Glen Winston (Connie) Monroe, Timothy Ray (Kim) Monroe, Howard Keith (Dawne) Monroe, and Kerry Lee (Karen) Monroe, a daughter, Ruth Ann (Roger) Campbell, a sister Edith Shawver, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00PM Wednesday March 17, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Jim McCullough officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery.
