Anthony Carl “Tony” White, 67 Anthony Carl “Tony” White, 67 of Stout, died Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at Buckeye Forest at Portsmouth. He was born December 30, 1957 in Portsmouth, to the late Carl Eugene and Thelma J. Howe White.

Tony is survived by a brother, Kiley (Heather) White of Stout, nieces and nephews, Cheyanne White, Tristen White and MaKayla White, great nieces and nephews Kaiden Ridout, Brixlynn Gifford, Riggen Cooper, Beau Ruby and Brennley Ruby..

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth and interment in Stepp Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday starting at 11:00 AM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
